yeah, I'm also having trouble with Bella's Penthouse, all other buildings can be easily franchised except this.... Sad

plz... if there is a solution to this, kindly share it....

There is no known solution. The same happens to the Penthouse Tower, the one that you can only get through the daily bonus. Both buildings share similar code names which makes me believe that Bella's penthouse is a mod of the Penthouse Tower, so they share the same "problem". Finish the goal and you will get Bella's Penthouse.
